About the Role

As EchoPM’s Founding Sales & Onboarding Lead, you’ll own our customer acquisition pipeline from first contact to full platform adoption. Your work will directly drive MRR and shape how new property management companies experience our product from day one.

You’ll build and refine our outbound and inbound playbooks, lead product demos, handle objections, and design scalable onboarding workflows. You’ll also gather user feedback and turn it into actionable product insights—helping inform roadmap decisions and improve retention.

We’re looking for a builder who loves being on the front lines with customers, understands the art and science of SaaS sales, and knows how to balance hustle with process. You’ll be the primary point of contact for every new organization on the platform—and a trusted voice in how we grow our go-to-market machine.

This is a rare opportunity to define and scale a sales motion from scratch, backed by a product that solves real operational pain in the $500B+ property management industry.

Responsibilities

Run demos and convert leads into active users
Develop onboarding templates and playbooks
Build CRM workflows and maintain customer pipeline
Collaborate with product to improve activation and retention
Track feedback and turn objections into roadmap insights

Requirements

3+ years of experience in SaaS sales or onboarding
Familiarity with CRMs and pipeline tools
Excellent written and verbal communication
Comfort working with small and mid-sized clients
Process-driven and highly self-organized

Nice to Have

Experience with Intercom, Hubspot, or Close
Background in property management or real estate software
