About the Role

As the Founding BizDev & Partnerships Lead at EchoPM, you'll design and execute the strategy that connects our platform to the broader proptech ecosystem. This includes partnerships with background check providers, insurance APIs, listing services, maintenance vendors, and other ecosystem players that enhance our value proposition.

You’ll identify opportunities for distribution and integration partnerships, pitch and negotiate deals, and manage these relationships long-term. You'll also co-create go-to-market strategies with partners—helping both sides unlock growth and retention wins.

This is a high-autonomy, high-creativity role for someone who loves to bridge the gap between business value and product fit. You’ll collaborate closely with product, sales, and marketing to shape both strategy and execution, and be instrumental in making EchoPM a trusted platform in the eyes of our customers and collaborators.

You’ll also help define our affiliate and referral programs, test channel partnerships, and eventually build a scalable partner ecosystem that drives indirect growth across all stages of the customer lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Source and negotiate integrations (screening, insurance, contractors)
Build out partner marketing and shared revenue programs
Maintain partner CRM and onboarding flow
Collaborate with product on go-to-market integrations
Track performance and optimize key partner channels

Requirements

2+ years in business development or strategic partnerships
Strong relationship-building and deal-closing skills
Comfort working cross-functionally with product and sales
Familiarity with B2B SaaS and integration mechanics

Nice to Have

Experience with proptech, fintech, or SaaS platforms
Affiliate management experience
